About the project
MIG POINT is a five-storey new building, which is characterised by timeless design and a high standard of living. In it, we offer 24 luxuriously furnished flats for rent. These flats are of either studio layout with a kitchenette and a niche or 1 bedroom layout with a kitchenette. The headquarters of MIG POINT is located on the first floor and on each next floor there are 6 new housing units for rent. For comfortable and carefree parking, we also offer parking spaces for rent. You can find these on the ground floor.
Storage Space
We have focused on an effective layout solution and plenty of storage space in all flats. In case of the 1 bedroom and kitchenette flats, you will find built-in wardrobes in the hallway. In case of the studio and kitchenette flats, there are spaces intended for hanging clothes. In addition, each flat has a room for storing things, which can also serve well as a dressing room.
Living Room
The living rooms contain an elegant leather sofa, a coffee table, a TV table, and a lamp of industrial style that provides pleasant evening lighting.
Fully Equipped Laundry Room
The absence of washing machines in the housing units has been solved by a common laundry room on the 2nd floor, where you can find good quality Miele washing machines and dryers. This saves not only space in the flat, but also money for buying new appliances.
Renting Possibility
Long-term rentals are preferred at MIG POINT, but there is also the possibility of 3, 6, or 9 months long short-term rentals. When renting, it is necessary to pay a refundable deposit of two rents. The rent is paid one month in advance.

One-time or regular cleaning provided by our cleaning service is available at your request.
